Individual Psychology Sessions

 

Fees for individual psychology sessions are subject to the individual psychologist that the client will see and will depend on the services required.

 

Under the current Medicare regulations, Medicare rebates for 10 sessions per calendar year are applicable for individuals if a Mental Healthcare Plan has been completed by the GP prior to commencement of treatment. Fees are payable at the time of your session.

Payment for the appointment may be made by the client via EFTPOS, Cash, or Credit Card. Please note, Medicare rebates for services can be processed through HICAPS into a Savings or Cheque account at session or through Medicare directly. 

 

Clinical Psychologist Fee: $225

Rebate: $137.05

 

Psychologist Fee: $165 - $175

Rebate: $93.35

 

WorkCover/CTP

 

Workcover and CPT fees are directly billed to the insurer that you are covered by and no fees are payable by you. It is important that you obtain approval by your insurance company prior to the first  appointment to attend psychological treatment, or to be assessed for further treatment, so that you are covered and no out of pocket expenses occur.

 

 

If in the event that no approval has been obtained, a fee may occur.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

A cancellation fee of $100 will apply for individuals if 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is not received by the clinic.
